Empathy and Thought-Software


Empathy can be learned.  However, as we grow up, there seems to be a confusion between sympathy and  empathy.  Let's clear that up. Sympathy means you feel the other persons pain and agree with it.  With sympahy there's a tendency go along with what is being said.
Empathy is close, but so not the same.  In empathy you can duplicate a persons viewpoint, but then maintain your objectivity. 

This objectivity lends you the ability to be the solver of problems.

Rapid Sales Success has a psychological component that allows you to personally develop empathy.  This is done through a specific system process. Fortunately, it is easy to learn and apply. If this is not done, many prospects get stuck in procrastination and/or hesitation, and simply do not buy.
Moments of professional stress are often based upon past bad decisions.  Now, we all know that if you are doing anything, you are bound to make a mistake. Big deal.  What we did not know is that bad past decisions can adversely effect the current decision-making process.  It all depends on how you view them, and your belief system.
